About
We're engineers first.
That's the short version.
Aiveris was founded in 2026 by operators who'd spent years shipping software into regulated industries — and watched the first wave of AI consulting leave clients with slide decks, not systems. We built the firm we wished existed.
The thesis
Most AI projects don't fail at the model. They fail at the edges.
The model is the easy part. The hard parts are: what's the evaluation set, who labels it, how do we log this, who reviews the outputs, what happens when it's wrong, how much does it cost per run, and will our auditor accept any of it?
Those are engineering problems. We treat them that way from the first engagement — not as questions to punt to a "phase two" that never arrives.
Principles
How we work.
Measured from day one
No system ships without an evaluation set, a baseline, and explicit exit criteria. If we can't measure it, we don't recommend it.
Your cloud, your data
Everything runs in your cloud under your contracts with model providers. We don't host your data or sit between you and the LLM.
Handoff is the product
Every engagement ends with your team owning the system. Runbooks, observability, and training — not a dependency on us.
Governance isn't optional
Audit trails, access controls, and review cadences ship in v1. We don't believe in "we'll add governance later."
Model-agnostic
Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure, open-weights — we pick the model that fits the workflow and the risk profile, not the vendor we have a deal with.
Small teams, senior people
Every engagement is staffed with principals. No junior teams learning on your dime.
Founder
Built by someone who's shipped real systems into real audits.
Aiveris is led by Sam Meyer. Before founding Aiveris, Sam spent 15+ years building software for pharma, financial services, and regulated SaaS — shipping systems through FDA reviews, SOC 2 audits, and the usual gauntlet of enterprise procurement. That's the lens we bring to AI: this is a new capability, not a new discipline.
Let's talk
Start with a 30-minute call.
We'll walk through one workflow you've been trying to improve, and leave you with a concrete view of what a pilot would look like — whether you hire us or not.
