Aiveris LLC ("Aiveris," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website aiveris.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. We keep this simple because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill out the contact form, request the Frontier LLM Report, or book a call, you provide your name, email address, and company name. This information is sent to us via your default email client (mailto) and stored in our email inbox — not in a database we operate.
Calendly
If you book a call using the Calendly link on our site, you interact directly with Calendly's platform. Calendly's own privacy policy governs that data. We receive your name, email, and any notes you include in the booking.
Information collected automatically
Our site is served via Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may collect standard server log data (IP addresses, request timestamps, user agents) as part of its infrastructure operations. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party scripts that track your behavior across sites. We do not use cookies.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry or schedule a call
- Send you the Frontier LLM Report if requested
- Communicate about a potential or active engagement
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
3. Data storage and retention
Inquiry data lives in our email inbox (iCloud Mail, hosted by Apple). We retain it as long as it is relevant to our business relationship with you, then delete it. We do not operate a CRM or marketing database.

Our website uses the following third-party services:

5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at info@aiveris.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
